Residential Compound
The project is located in Wadi Saqra-Amman-Jordan on an area of 8229m2, with a 22m level difference.The street facade hosts a commercial function while the rest of the project is residential.

The Compound hosts 22 individual houses with a variety of sizes, 80m ,120m and 160m.

The project includes a series of connected public spaces to encourage engagements between the residents of the compound,a cafe/Restaurant building that serves residents and nonresidents, kids play area, communal gardening zone, and a weekly communal market.

Units design was done based on the Raumplan theory by Adolf loos. Unit placement and site design was according to the difference of heights in the area.

Entrance to the compound, on the right : a public library and a restaurant/gathering area(the glass box).
In between stairs create a semi-Public area that is good for interaction and kids.
